Requirements
- Engineering Leadership experience
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex engineering and construction projects
- Experience in providing technical leadership throughout the engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through execution and commissioning
- Experience in establishing engineering standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices
- Experience in managing engineering quality, technical assurance, and compliance with applicable industry standards and client requirements
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, marine, or other engineering disciplines
- Experience in supporting innovation, constructability, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working closely with clients, consultants, project teams, and executive stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
- Experience in managing engineering risks, technical decision-making, and project performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience in mentoring and developing engineering professionals while building high-performing technical teams

Responsibilities
- Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex engineering and construction projects
- Providing technical leadership throughout the engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through execution and commissioning
- Establishing engineering standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices
- Managing engineering quality, technical assurance, and compliance with applicable industry standards and client requirements
- Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, marine, or other engineering disciplines
- Supporting innovation, constructability, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with clients, consultants, project teams, and executive stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
