Requirements
- Construction Leadership experience
- Experience in leading the execution of complex construction projects across engineering, infrastructure, industrial, marine, energy, or building sectors
- Experience in providing operational leadership throughout the construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project objectives
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary site teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
- Experience in planning and coordinating construction activities to achieve programme, quality, and productivity targets
- Experience in managing contractor interfaces, site logistics, construction sequencing, and resource allocation across complex project environments
- Experience in driving continuous improvement through effective construction planning, execution strategies, and performance monitoring
- Experience in championing health, safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project execution
- Experience working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery
- Experience leading construction teams through demanding schedules while maintaining strong operational performance and delivery standards
