Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Project & Programme Leadership
- Experience in leading the successful delivery of large-scale capital projects and multidisciplinary programmes across complex environments
- Experience in providing strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, commissioning, and close-out
- Experience in managing multiple projects or portfolios while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and client expectations
- Experience in establishing programme governance, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring processes
- Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and overall delivery performance
- Experience in driving operational excellence through effective planning, decision-making, and proactive issue resolution
- Experience in building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and executive stakeholders
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining quality, safety, and commercial performance
- Experience in providing executive leadership in contract delivery, stakeholder engagement, and successful project outcomes
