Requirements
- HSE & Quality Leadership experience
- Experience in developing and implementing HSEQ strategies
- Experience in building high-performing HSEQ teams
- Experience in establishing and maintaining HSEQ management systems, governance frameworks, and assurance processes
- Experience in managing operational risk, regulatory compliance, audits, inspections, and performance monitoring
- Experience in leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in collaborating with executive leadership, project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Experience in supporting the successful delivery of major projects
Responsibilities
- Leading health, safety, environmental, and quality functions across engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or energy organisations
- Developing and implementing HSEQ strategies that support organisational objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
- Building high-performing HSEQ teams while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Establishing and maintaining HSEQ management systems, governance frameworks, and assurance processes
- Managing operational risk, regulatory compliance, audits, inspections, and performance monitoring across complex project environments
- Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety performance, quality standards, and operational effectiveness
- Collaborating with executive leadership, project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to achieve HSEQ objectives
- Supporting the successful delivery of major projects through proactive leadership, effective communication, and a strong commitment to safety and quality excellence
