Requirements
- Experienced leaders in commercial and contracts
- Demonstrated experience in commercial leadership, commercial performance & risk management, and stakeholder & contract leadership
- Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies
- Experience leading commercial teams responsible for contract administration, commercial governance, and financial performance
- Experience providing commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience managing commercial negotiations, procurement strategies, and contractual obligations
- Experience overseeing cost management, commercial forecasting, claims management, and change control processes
- Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
- Experience building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, joint venture partners, and executive stakeholders
- Experience leading contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial discussions
- Experience supporting successful project delivery through effective commercial management, contractual compliance, and sound decision-making
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Marine & Ports, Water & Environmental Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities, Buildings & Civil Infrastructure, Industrial Facilities, Transportation, Renewable Energy, Critical Infrastructure

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies that support organisational objectives and long-term business growth
- Leading commercial teams responsible for contract administration, commercial governance, and financial performance across major projects
- Providing commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering and contract award through project completion
- Managing commercial negotiations, procurement strategies, and contractual obligations across complex engineering and infrastructure projects
- Overseeing cost management, commercial forecasting, claims management, and change control processes
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks while protecting organisational interests
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, joint venture partners, and executive stakeholders
- Leading contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial discussions within multidisciplinary project environments
- Supporting successful project delivery through effective commercial management, contractual compliance, and sound decision-making
