About The Position

The Engineering Coordinator supports a fast-paced installation team by coordinating daily work, managing schedules, and communicating with field crews and clients. The role also applies technical knowledge to help ensure projects are ready for installation. It is fully remote, with working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and is offered as a B2B contract.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction or engineering coordination.
• An engineering or technical background in construction, architecture, or a related field.
• Confident English at B2 level or above and Russian at C1 level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements.
• Comfort using task management tools such as ClickUp or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp.
• Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays, and rescheduling.
• Verify that openings are technically ready for installation, including measurements, drawings, and materials.
• Review shop drawings or specifications to identify potential issues before dispatch.
• Ensure crews have the correct materials, glass, and hardware.
• Book hotels for traveling installers.
• Monitor vehicle mileage and documentation, including registration and insurance.
• Support project managers with coordination and issue tracking.
• Review the quality of completed work and report problems when needed.
