About The Position

Color is hiring an Engagement Marketing Manager for its Growth Marketing team. The role partners with clients to create and deliver turnkey and customized communications that drive enrollment and ongoing engagement in Color’s cancer-care benefit. The manager develops strategies informed by client populations, Color members, and business goals, and recommends channels and messaging suited to each audience. Campaigns may use email, mail, digital channels, and in-person events. The role owns marketing strategy for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, presents Color’s engagement approach, and leads discussions about campaign performance and opportunities. It also leads strategic initiatives to evolve the engagement approach, expand reach, test ideas, and develop repeatable processes and playbooks. The work balances strategic ownership with hands-on execution, including responding to client requests, editing copy, managing creative projects, maintaining campaign calendars and documentation, supporting team operations, and attending client events. The manager collaborates with Client Success, client stakeholders, and internal partners, including design, engineering, and product teams. This is a hybrid role based in either the South San Francisco or Denver office, with onsite work expected 2–3 days per week. Occasional availability during Eastern Time business hours is required for client meetings and events, and travel for client events may be up to approximately 15% of the time.
