CORE OBJECTIVES Execute the mission of Adult & Teen Challenge (ATC) in support of the vision and goals of the Board of Directors and the CEO. Work closely with ATC Affiliates to communicate the ministry vision, values, and strategy of ATC. Cultivate a healthy culture in the field. The Engagement & Communications Manager will develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for Adult & Teen Challenge USA, carrying the ministry’s message to stakeholders and the general public. This role is hands-on; the right candidate will be eager to dive in, analyze data, fix problems, and proactively identify new strategies for growth. We value a team player!
