About The Position

Admiral Enforcement is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Enforcement Agents to help monitor privately owned parking lots and garages. The role works independently in the field under minimal supervision and requires strong time-management and reporting skills. Agents patrol assigned areas, enforce parking requirements, perform lot audits and car counts, and record violation data using an approved system. The position includes variable shifts and requires flexible availability, including weekends and late evenings, as well as working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Have a valid license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Have no major driving violations, including DUI, reckless driving, or negligent homicide, in the past 7 years.
• Have no more than two minor violations, such as an accident or speeding, in the past year.
• Have had no license suspensions within the last 3 years.
• Be proficient with computers and mobile applications.
• Be able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts.
• Have flexible availability, including weekends and late evenings.
• Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shift.
• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission.
• Enforce location requirements by issuing citations for parking-rule violations.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times.
• Record and enter violation data in the approved system.
• Immediately report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management.
• Use effective time-management and report-writing skills.
• Monitor equipment condition and notify management of malfunctions or repair needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and coworkers.
