Requirements

  • Two years of experience in general office work which included interviewing the public; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions.
  • A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
  • Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Interview applicants, gather information, and determine eligibility for energy assistance

  • Use databases, electronic notifications, and dashboards to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Answer program questions, assist with applications, and support clients throughout the process
