About The Position

Requirements
- Two years of experience in general office work which included interviewing the public; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Must meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
- Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities
- Interview applicants, gather information, and determine eligibility for energy assistance
- Validate income, heating expenses, utility allowances, and other required information

- Contact vendors, verify benefit amounts, and coordinate delivery of heating sources
- Use databases, electronic notifications, and dashboards to organize and prioritize tasks
- Answer program questions, assist with applications, and support clients throughout the process
