Requirements
- Two years of experience in general office work which included interviewing the public; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.
- Be able to perform essential job functions.
- Submission of criminal history reports (conditional offer of employment).
- Pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities
- Establish benefit eligibility by applying federal regulations
- Request and verify customer information needed to complete applications
- Process LIHEAP applications and evaluate information to determine eligibility or ineligibility
- Communicate with customers and third parties through interviews, mail, and telephone
- Work with customers and vendors to manage urgent heating needs
- Use computer systems to collect information and maintain electronic records
