Endodontic Specialty Dental Patient Coordinator
About The Position
Colorado Endodontic Group, an established endodontic practice, is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join its team full-time. The role focuses on creating a welcoming patient experience and coordinating front-office activities, including calls, appointments, insurance verification, patient records, payments, and provider schedules. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Monday through Thursday hours are 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the schedule is customizable, with the option to choose one day off each week. Fridays are 8 a.m. to noon, with full days to be determined. The posting lists hourly pay of $22–$26, plus monthly performance-based bonus opportunities. It also lists a separate compensation range of $20–$25 per hour.
Requirements
- At least one year of dental front-office experience.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience with dental practice management software.

- Experience with Denticon dental practice management software.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience.
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances and post payments to patient accounts.
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
- Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.
