About The Position

The Enablement Manager for TRM Labs’ Public Sector GTM Team will help scale the Public Sector sales organization by ensuring sellers ramp quickly, execute consistently, and maintain disciplined sales motions for government customers. The role translates Public Sector leadership strategy into repeatable onboarding, training, and content programs, with an emphasis on speed, quality, and precision. The role owns onboarding materials, playbooks, micro-trainings, and content systems, keeping resources accurate, current, and accessible. It partners with managers to reinforce qualification, procurement navigation, multithreading, and deal-execution fundamentals through structured coaching support. The Enablement Manager also tracks program adoption and early-funnel metrics, shares insights, and works cross-functionally with Product, PMM, and Sales Leadership to ensure seller-facing messaging is consistent and mission-aligned. TRM is a globally distributed, fully remote company. Most GTM collaboration takes place between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time, and team members must maintain at least four hours of overlap with EST business hours. The team meets in person a few times per year and encourages more frequent in-person collaboration for those near a hub. The estimated U.S. base salary range is $146,000–$164,000; the role may also be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan. Compensation outside the United States accounts for geographic cost differences.
