About The Position
Plans, directs, and coordinates the overall operation of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) to ensure safe and effective operation. Supervises EMS personnel and fills in for shift positions as needed during personnel shortage situations.
Requirements
- Leadership and management abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the operation of emergency medical vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to adhere to hospital, local, and state guidelines in the delivery of emergency care.
