About The Position
Saint Clare's Health is seeking an EMS Dispatcher. The position is responsible for the expeditious and efficient flow of incoming and outgoing telephone and radio transmissions for Emergency Medical Services. It is per diem with varied shifts.
Requirements
- Current and valid New Jersey Department of Health Emergency Medical Technician Certification.
- Obtain Emergency Medical Dispatcher Certification (NJ State Approved) prior to hiring.
- Obtain Basic Communications Certification (NJ State Approved) prior to hiring.
- Current and valid Healthcare Provider BLS CPR card.
- Current and valid PHTLS, ITLS, or TCCC certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Obtain CEVO certification within 3 months of hire and renew it every 3 years.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Good driving record.
- At least two years of EMS experience.
Nice To Haves
- One year of public safety dispatching experience is preferred.
