About The Position

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle employment law cases in a pre-litigation setting. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement, working closely with case managers, assistants, and internal departments. The attorney will communicate strategy and updates to clients and opposing counsel, attend hearings, and support case resolution efforts. Collaboration with senior attorneys to develop pre-litigation strategy is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
