About The Position

The Company Store Associate is responsible for issuing, tracking, laundering, and returning uniforms. The associate also sells products, food, and beverages. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• English reading, writing, communication, and basic math skills.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling experience.
• At least 1 month of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue, track, launder, and return uniforms.
• Sell products, food, and beverages.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and outgoing attitude.
• Proactively address operational and company needs without direction.
• Clean and maintain damaged uniforms.
• Handle cash accurately and consistently.
• Balance cash tills at the end of each day.
• Keep work areas and merchandise clean and presentable.
• Become knowledgeable about Schweitzer Mountain facilities.
