About The Position

The Company Store Associate is responsible for issuing, tracking, laundering, and returning uniforms. The associate also sells products, food, and beverages. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. This is a part-time seasonal position for returning staff for Winter 2026–2027, paying $15.00 per hour. The minimum age is 14. No background check or driver verification is required.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 14.
• Basic computer skills.
• English reading, writing, communication, and basic math skills.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• One month of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue, track, launder, and return uniforms.
• Sell products, food, and beverages.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and outgoing attitude.
• Proactively address operational and company needs without direction.
• Clean and maintain damaged uniforms.
• Handle cash accurately and consistently.
• Balance cash tills at the end of each day.
• Keep work areas and merchandise clean and presentable.
• Become knowledgeable about Schweitzer Mountain facilities.
