Employee Experience Manager

As the Employee Experience Manager at Jackpocket, you will be responsible for managing the overall employee experience and operations of our New York City office. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and potential candidates, and will lead employee events and initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee office aesthetics, facilities management, vendor relationships, budget ownership, and serve as the primary point of contact for building management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time role reporting to the SVP, People.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, candidates, customers, and partners
• Lead and organize employee events, retreats, and offsites
• Manage office aesthetics, including decor, organization, plants, and office layout
• Support the People team by overseeing engagement surveys, workforce trends, and coordination with customers and candidates
• Oversee facilities management, including conference room management, snacks and beverages inventory, office supplies and equipment, mail and distribution, HVAC, and repairs
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, shipments, cleaning, caterers, and food suppliers
• Budget ownership for NYC events, office supplies, and swag in partnership with Finance
• Act as the primary point of contact for NYC building management
• Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups on in-office initiatives
• Work with InfoSec team on office security and access
• Be present in the New York City office for 40 hours per week, with occasional work from home opportunities

• Minimum of 5 years experience on a corporate workplace team; experience in a start-up environment a plus
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to work autonomously, ruthlessly prioritize and execute with little oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• An interest in and eye for design
• Ability to cross collaborate with all departments at the company with a close relationship
