Operations Associate - Part-Time (PM)

Jackpocket is seeking Operations Associates to support their lottery operations at a local fulfillment center. This hands-on role involves tasks such as purchasing and redeeming lottery tickets, scanning and uploading tickets, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment. The position offers room for growth at a fast-growing start-up and requires availability for PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or manufacturing is helpful, along with familiarity with technology and computer hardware. The starting pay rate for this role is $17 per hour.

• Perform lottery ticket purchasing and redemptions
• Scan and upload lottery tickets, log progress, and process orders
• Coordinate workflow to meet goals and deadlines
• Maintain printing and scanning equipment
• Work alongside a team to meet Jackpocket goals
• Assist with ad-hoc operational projects as needed

• Prior work experience in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or manufacturing is helpful
• Flexible schedule including availability for PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with technology and comfortable with computer hardware
• Ability to perform lottery ticket purchasing and redemptions
• Proficient in scanning and uploading lottery tickets, logging progress, and processing orders
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate workflow and meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to maintain printing and scanning equipment
• Team player mindset to work alongside a team and contribute to Jackpocket goals
• Willingness to assist with ad-hoc operational projects as needed
