About The Position

As an Employee Dining Room Attendant at MGM Grand, you will maintain quality and cleanliness in assigned areas and help create a welcoming dining experience through friendly service. You will keep the area stocked and maintained according to established policies and procedures, care for equipment and furniture, clean dining tables and floors, and report emergencies or maintenance needs to a supervisor. Other job-related duties may be requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and cleanliness in required areas.
• Maintain the assigned area in accordance with established policies and procedures, and stock it with china, glasses, condiments, or food products.
• Keep equipment and furniture properly maintained, clean, and free of marks.
• Clean dining tables, assist with tray removal, wipe tables, and straighten chairs.
• Sweep and vacuum flooring.
• Dismantle, clean, and reassemble food service equipment.
• Report emergencies and maintenance needs to a supervisor.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
