About The Position

As an Employee Dining Room Attendant at MGM Grand, you will maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in assigned areas and contribute to a welcoming service experience. You will keep the area stocked and maintained according to established policies and procedures, care for equipment and furniture, and help keep dining spaces clean and orderly. The role also includes dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling food service equipment, reporting emergencies and maintenance needs to a supervisor, and performing other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in required areas.
• Keep assigned areas maintained according to established policies and procedures and stocked with china, glasses, condiments, or food products.
• Keep equipment and furniture properly maintained, clean, and free of marks.
• Maintain clean diner tables, assist with tray removal, wipe tables, and straighten chairs.
• Sweep and vacuum flooring.
• Dismantle, clean, and reassemble food service equipment.
• Report emergencies and maintenance needs to a supervisor.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
