About The Position

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Producer to join the Gaspar Insurance Services team in Woodland Hills, CA. This role involves building and managing a prospect pipeline, developing relationships with decision-makers, and delivering tailored benefits solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless client experience from acquisition to retention, helping organizations design competitive employee benefits strategies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions, ideally within insurance or employee benefits.
Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure meetings with senior-level executives.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and passion for business development.
Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance License in a timely manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
