Requirements
- Share in Renewal's mindsets: Build the Bridge, Know Your Stuff, Just Step In, Leave it Better
- Ability to work within Renewal lead database to contact prospective clients
- Ability to achieve new business goals on an annualized basis within target market and companies
- Ability to book first time appointments with prospective clients of Renewal
- Ability to manage lead and prospect pipeline to goal set by supervisor
- Willingness to learn CRM and other Renewal databases
- Ability to develop referral sources for lead and client generation
- Willingness to learn mid market employee benefit products and solutions
- Ability to keep up with market trends relating to target market and employee benefits
- Willingness to learn compliance requirements relating to target market
