About The Position

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Employee Benefits Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for sales and a proven ability to manage mid-market accounts. The producer will develop and maintain client relationships, focusing on accounts ranging from 50 to 500 lives, with a preferred account size of 100–200 lives. The position offers a salary range of $70,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid or flexible work options are available.

Requirements

Active Life & Health (L&H) license.
At least 2 years of experience in employee benefits sales or a related field.
Proven track record of success managing mid-market accounts, particularly in the 100–200 lives range.
Strong understanding of employee benefits products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with larger agencies or brokers.

Responsibilities
