About The Position

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to help grow the employee benefits division. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, advising clients on benefits solutions, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate has a proven record in employee benefits production and a passion for helping clients navigate benefits programs. This is a hybrid position with a blend of in-office and remote work. Specific in-office and remote days are not stated. Remote-work equipment is provided. The base salary starts at $70,000 and is commensurate with experience; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Requirements

Hold an active Life and Health (L&H) insurance license.
Have proven experience as an Employee Benefits Producer and a strong track record of success.
Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Be results-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, organized, and effective at time management.
Demonstrate adaptability and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for employee benefits solutions.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored benefits strategies.
Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewal options to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the employee benefits division.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
