We’re actively searching for our next team member for the position of: EMail & Marketing Automation Specialist Purpose: Execute TMI’s email campaigns to drive brand awareness, conversion, and loyalty with patients, health care providers, and distributors.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in marketing or a related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Exceptional writing and content development skills
  • Proficient in email and marketing automation tools; Microsoft D365 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Proficient in email marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with email communication regulations, including CASL and GDPR
  • Knowledge of digital analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook]

Nice To Haves

  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling email programs to support key business objectives, including brand affinity, product adoption, and brand loyalty
  • Align email programs to content marketing strategy, editorial calendar, and brand guidelines
  • Manage brand profiles within marketing automation systems to ensure a credible and coherent image, including branded assets and templates
  • Research and recommend email marketing best practices, including content, calls to action, and formatting
  • Assemble segments or lists based on predefined target audience criteria, including audience behaviors, demographics, or lifecycle status
  • Apply filters and logic to ensure email content reaches the right people at the right time, including exclusions and suppressions
  • Manage and archive segments to drive clarity and reduce clutter and confusion
  • Monitor and optimize health of subscriber base
  • Build and deploy email communication programs within Microsoft D365 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Partner with Martech to ensure all supporting workflows and automations are optimized for business processes
  • Perform QA checks on all email content across devices and clients, including links, renderings, personalization, and dynamic content
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize execution, including subject lines, content, and send times
  • Ensure compliance with all email regulations, including CASL and GDPR, and accessibility standards
  • Recommend, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure email campaign performance is meeting business and brand objectives
  • Recommend and implement campaign optimization based on data-driven insights
  • Track recurring questions or feedback to share with relevant internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.
