About The Position

SafeStreets’ Elite Home Professionals (EHPs) provide residential customers with a high-quality, five-star experience while helping protect their families and homes with ADT-monitored smart security systems. The company schedules in-home appointments with customers who have already expressed interest in ADT security; the role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales. EHPs meet with homeowners, review security options, recommend and design a customized package, and guide customers through the process from start to finish. The position combines customer service, sales, and on-site installation work, with uncapped commissions based on sales. SafeStreets provides paid training, equipment, and post-training support for the role.

The position offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission opportunities, along with mileage pay, installation-action pay, bonuses, referral pay, and yearly loyalty bonuses. The work environment is remote and independent, with scheduling flexibility. The role includes customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstrations, and may involve physical work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service and a strong sales background.
• Entrepreneurial and career-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance with minimum coverage of 100/300/100.
• Smartphone or tablet.
• Ability to work above head level, carry loads of 30–50 pounds, operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Help homeowners create customized smart security solutions for their needs.
• Provide five-star customer interactions as the first face-to-face SafeStreets contact for customers.
• Review security options with homeowners and help them select a custom home security package.
• Install, troubleshoot, and demonstrate ADT-monitored security systems.
• Carry out installation actions on site and support customers through the process.
