About The Position

SafeStreets Elite Home Professionals help residential customers improve the safety and security of their homes by recommending customized ADT-monitored security solutions. The company schedules in-home appointments with customers who have already expressed interest, so the role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales. The Elite Home Professional reviews options with homeowners, develops a custom package, and handles installation, troubleshooting, and system demonstrations. The position offers paid training, provided equipment and post-training support, and an independent work environment. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commissions, along with additional opportunities such as mileage pay, installation-action pay, bonuses, upgrade commissions, referral pay, and yearly loyalty bonuses.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service and a desire to help keep others safe and secure.
• Strong sales background.
• Entrepreneurial and career-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance with a minimum of 100/300/100 coverage.
• Smartphone or tablet.
• Ability to work above head level, carry loads weighing 30–50 pounds, operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Help homeowners create customized smart security solutions for their personal needs.
• Provide five-star customer interactions as the first face-to-face SafeStreets contact for customers.
• Install, troubleshoot, and demonstrate customized ADT-monitored security systems.
• Review security options with homeowners and help them select a custom home security package.
