About The Position

SafeStreets is hiring an Elite Home Professional (EHP) to help residential customers choose and install ADT-monitored smart security systems. EHPs meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in ADT home security; appointments are scheduled and provided by the Inside Sales team, so the role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales. The EHP reviews security options with each customer, designs a custom package, and guides the customer through the process from consultation to installation and demonstration. The role combines customer service, sales, troubleshooting, and hands-on installation. SafeStreets provides paid training, equipment, and post-training support, with ongoing development and career advancement opportunities. The work is described as remote and independent, with scheduling flexibility. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commissions, along with other possible bonuses and mileage pay.

Requirements

Passion for customer service and a desire to help keep others safe and secure.
Strong sales background.
Entrepreneurial and career-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance with minimum coverage of 100/300/100.
Smartphone or tablet.
Ability to work above head level, carry 30–50 pounds, operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

Help homeowners create customized smart security solutions suited to their needs.
Provide high-quality customer interaction as the first face-to-face SafeStreets representative customers meet.
Install, troubleshoot, and demonstrate customized ADT-monitored security systems.
Review customers' security options and guide them toward a home security package.
Work with appointments scheduled and provided by the Inside Sales team.
