Southeast Elevator is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician to service residential elevators. The role calls for strong mechanical aptitude, customer-facing communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems while delivering safe, high-quality service. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience servicing residential elevators.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle the physical workload required in a fit-for-duty assessment.
- Clean, valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with customers.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Elevator Technician certification or an Elevator Mechanic License.
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot elevator equipment as needed.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on an assigned elevator route.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.
