About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring Electronics Sorters & Dismantlers for an electronics recycling facility in Flower Mound, Texas. The role involves sorting and dismantling electronic products and performing hands-on warehouse work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some overtime available. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Able to stand and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
Able to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with coworkers and management.
Willing and able to perform physically demanding warehouse duties.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Sort and dismantle various electronic products.
Handle TVs, monitors, computers, and other electronic equipment.
Lift items weighing 50 pounds or more regularly and move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Handle fragile merchandise carefully.
Tag and label merchandise accurately.
Categorize products by size, shape, and type.
Identify, record, and manage damaged or impaired merchandise properly.
Maintain accurate inventory logs and records.
Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
