About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring an Electronics Sorter & Dismantler for an electronics recycling facility in Flower Mound, Texas. This hands-on warehouse role involves sorting and dismantling electronic products, including TVs, monitors, computers, and other equipment. The position works a Monday–Friday day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some overtime available. The posting describes this as a full-time opportunity and lists a pay rate of $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.

The employee will handle and move equipment and materials throughout the warehouse, including regularly lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more. Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand and work on one's feet for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with coworkers and management.
• Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.
