About The Position
Fenix Parts is seeking an Automotive Dismantler to safely and efficiently dismantle vehicles and extract valuable components, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrain parts. The role supports the company’s automotive recycling and resale operations by ensuring extracted parts are properly tested, labeled, and handled. The Dismantler also manages vehicle fluids responsibly, maintains an orderly workspace, and completes required documentation. Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic experience, including removal of engines, transmissions, and drivetrain components.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
- Must own and maintain essential mechanical tools.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Safely remove drivetrain components, including engines, transmissions, differentials, driveshafts, axles, and other parts.
- Tag and label parts accurately to ensure components meet quality standards.
- Test and evaluate engines and electrical components.
- Properly drain and store fluids.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Complete necessary documentation.
