About The Position

Jetson is seeking a highly experienced electrician with strong training and instructional skills to help design training content and deliver hands-on and classroom instruction for electricians. The role focuses on safety, skill development, and adherence to industry standards, and offers an opportunity to contribute directly to home electrification.

The Electrical Trainer will develop comprehensive training programs, deliver advanced classroom and hands-on sessions, create practical learning experiences, provide instruction on electrical safety and industry best practices, and conduct on-site field training. The position also mentors electricians with varied experience levels and supports the adoption of home electrification initiatives.

This is a permanent, full-time, in-person role in Centennial, Colorado. The listed annual pay range is $115,000–$130,000.

Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• 10 years of experience in training or instructional roles.
• Licensed Master Electrician.
• Skilled in managing both classroom and hands-on lab training.
• Proficient with electrical tools, equipment, and industry standards.
• Strong ability to motivate and manage personnel with diverse skills.
• Passion for safety, mentorship, and advancing home electrification.
