About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering, currently or recently performing technical work as an individual contributor.
• An in-progress bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong command of circuit analysis and design tradeoffs, and ability to defend component-level and system-level decisions.
• Fluency with circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, schematic capture and PCB tools, lab instruments, and MATLAB or Python for engineering analysis.
• Strong written communication and the ability to explain why an answer is wrong, not only that it is.
• General familiarity with AI/LLM tools, or ability to learn them quickly.
• Availability for substantial weekly project work; 30–40 hours per week is prioritized, though part-time is considered.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
