About The Position
As a Trainer, you will deliver differentiated training to government personnel in support of a customer mission area. You will provide both in-person and virtual instruction, drawing on technical expertise and industry knowledge to help learners understand new information. You will collaborate with others to devise creative solutions to mission-critical problems and use training materials, resources, media, technology, and delivery methods to promote learner engagement and quality instruction. The role includes access to tool, system, site, agency, and customer support.
Requirements
- Experience delivering and managing training programs to Government personnel.
- Knowledge of military processes.
- Ability to flex and adapt to new training requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
