About The Position

This field-based assessment role supports a physician network technology and interoperability initiative across Hawaii. The consultant works as an integrated member of the project team and may represent the initiative to practices using approved titles and communications. The role is supervised and mentored by a Senior EHR / Practice Assessment Consultant. Assessments cover practices with a range of technology and workflows, including certified EHRs, legacy systems, and paper-based processes. The consultant engages physicians and non-technical practice staff, observes actual operations, and documents findings carefully and consistently to support synthesis by senior team members. The work includes onsite and virtual assessments and travel to Hawaii, including inter-island travel as needed. The engagement starts ASAP and runs through July 31, 2027, with no extensions promised. Full-time work is preferred. U.S. work authorization without company sponsorship is required; third parties are not accepted.
