About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training Course Instructor | Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training [USARC0018018] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual Contract Contingent, generally located across the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) Across The Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region supporting a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. This role shall be principally focused on Civilian Training Services Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense, and Military - Aerospace, Defense, and Military (ADM) Industry Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, and Maintain Mission-Readiness. We seek candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Provide services and support as an Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering effective remote learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Effectiveness in a Remote Environment Training program equips professionals with the skills, behaviors, and strategies required to remain productive, collaborative, and engaged in virtual and hybrid workplaces. Participants learn proven methods for managing communication, sustaining accountability, strengthening team connectivity, and maintaining personal effectiveness when operating in geographically dispersed environments. Through practical exercises, facilitated discussions, and technology-enabled learning experiences, participants develop competencies that improve remote workforce performance, resilience, and mission execution. Learning Objectives: Strengthen virtual communication skills; improve remote productivity; enhance collaboration and engagement; build accountability; improve time management and organization; strengthen relationship-building; and apply best practices for success in remote and hybrid environments.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Instructional certifications preferred
  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities, Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training, and Functional Area Activities.
  • Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
  • Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
  • Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies.
  • The Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training Instructor typically provides 1 Day (8 Hours) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Virtual Engagements serving as a Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II Mid-Senior Instructor / Facilitator aligned with NAICS: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training and Knowledge Management.
  • Effectiveness in a Remote Environment professional specialty requires facilitation of remote work, virtual communication, time management, delegation, collaboration platforms, and distributed team productivity practices.
  • NACI eligibility required
  • Supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program
  • In-person and virtual delivery.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
