Ecommerce Manager, Site Experience

Renew Wellness Brands•Brentwood, TN
•$85,000 - $85,000

About The Position

The Ecommerce Manager, Site Experience owns the performance of the nhc.com storefront and duplicates those efforts on professionalsupplementcenter.com. The role is accountable for site conversion, the effectiveness of landing pages, collections, and product detail pages (PDPs), and how well site merchandising and search help customers find the right products. The role works across storefront teams: building pages for growth-team traffic, assisting the retention team with on-site offers and experiences, and partnering with graphic design to turn creative into converting pages. Success is measured weekly against the company scorecard. The Specialist works independently on daily storefront operations, with priorities set with the Director of DTC.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in ecommerce site management, merchandising, or conversion optimization for a DTC brand or online retailer.
  • Hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus administration, including building pages with themes or page-builder tools.
  • Demonstrated record of improving conversion or page performance with data.
  • Test-and-learn mindset: forms hypotheses, tests them, and lets results settle debates.
  • Attention to detail, including catching errors in pricing, claims, and product data.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, brand partners, and IT.
  • Customer orientation in designing pages and navigation around how customers shop.
  • Analytical thinking to read site data, isolate causes, and act on findings.
  • Comfort managing work with a high degree of autonomy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with A/B testing tools and heatmap or session-recording tools.
  • Experience managing on-site search and merchandising tools, such as BOOST.
  • Experience in supplements, health and wellness, or another regulated consumer category.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and paid traffic according to the growth team’s brief.
  • Report page-level conversion to the growth team so traffic and page performance can be evaluated separately.
  • Own sitewide conversion rate; diagnose drops, identify friction across product pages, collections, cart, and checkout, and drive fixes.
  • Plan, run, and document conversion tests; roll out winning changes and maintain a shared log of results.
  • Build and maintain brand collection pages to a consistent NHC standard, including brand story, imagery, product organization, and current assortment.
  • Work with Merchandising and brand partners to keep brand pages accurate and launch new brands on site.
  • Manage on-site merchandising, including homepage and category placements, collection sorting, cross-sells, and bundles aligned with the promotional calendar.
  • Manage site search, including synonyms, redirects, ranking rules, and filters.
  • Review zero-result and low-click search queries weekly and take action.
