About The Position

New Horizon Academy is seeking an Early Preschool Teacher to work at its North Olathe, Kansas location. The teacher will help children develop a love of learning and support their early social and emotional development. The role includes working in equipped classrooms with a caring team and support staff. Applicants must meet Kansas Child Care Licensing Program teacher qualification requirements, be able to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and satisfy state-required background screening. Previous childcare experience is preferred.

• Satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Provide documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Have the physical abilities to perform required job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, and understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
