Early Preschool Co-Teacher
About The Position
As a two-year-old teacher at Primrose School of West Allen, you will work with a co-teacher to create a fun, safe environment for young children. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you will help children become familiar with a classroom setting, build motor skills, and grow their vocabulary. The role involves building genuine relationships with each child and supporting curiosity, creativity, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning. You will implement lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and maintain a well-kept classroom where children can create, explore, and make decisions with confidence. You will also discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them. The school describes its environment as positive and supportive, with extensive onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing professional support.
Responsibilities
