About The Position

Aprés Nail is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to execute paid advertising campaigns and support Shopify platform operations, with a strong focus on ad management and SEO. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, this role operates Meta and Google campaigns, optimizes site content for organic visibility, and keeps the online store accurate and high-performing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Shopify administration required
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience operating campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads required
  • Working familiarity with on-page and technical SEO fundamentals (metadata, site structure, indexing, keyword-informed content) and tools such as Google Search Console
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, with a basic understanding of UTM tagging, pixel/conversion events, and how website updates and tracking connect
  • Understanding of how AI tools can enhance paid ad operations, SEO, and campaign reporting
  • Exceptionally organized with a high standard for accuracy and quality across both site and ad platform work
  • Takes ownership, identifies issues, and follows through on commitments without being asked
  • Collaborative communicator who works well cross-functionally
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and evolving processes in a fast-paced environment without losing quality
  • Able to explain technical and performance concepts in simple terms, and keeps the Ecommerce Manager and relevant stakeholders informed with concise, timely updates

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, ManyChat, GA4, and third-party attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads according to strategy from the Ecommerce Manager
  • Manage campaign structures, audiences, keywords, budgets, and bids, monitoring performance daily to flag pacing or delivery issues
  • Coordinate with Creative and Social to QA and schedule ad assets (copy, imagery, video) on time
  • Implement and QA UTM tagging and pixel/conversion events for accurate attribution
  • Compile weekly and monthly paid media reports (ROAS, CPA, NC%, CTR, CPC) and support testing of creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Stay current on Meta and Google platform updates and understand new features to improve performance
  • Optimize product, collection, and landing page content (titles, descriptions, headers, alt text, and metadata) to improve organic search visibility and discoverability
  • Support on-page and technical SEO best practices, including URL structure, internal linking, structured data, sitemaps, indexing, and robots.txt rules
  • Track organic search performance (rankings, impressions, click-through rate) using Google Search Console and analytics tools, surfacing opportunities to improve visibility
  • Execute website updates for promotions, product launches, and content changes according to the e-commerce calendar
  • Maintain product catalog accuracy (SKU uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing) and support collection management and on-site visual merchandising
  • Perform regular QA and site audits, flagging bugs, broken links, speed issues, or display inconsistencies
  • Help keep Shopify apps and integrations organized and running smoothly, escalating issues as needed
  • Pull and compile data from Shopify, GA4, and marketing platforms into weekly and monthly reports, tracking revenue, conversion rates, and traffic sources alongside paid media performance
  • Monitor competitor promotions, pricing, and website updates, flagging anomalies or opportunities for the Ecommerce Manager
  • Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Email/CRM (Klaviyo), Customer Service, and Operations to support campaigns, retention efforts, and website accuracy
