About The Position

Our employer partner is currently looking to add a strategic, analytical, and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading digital commerce campaigns, working across retail media platforms, and turning performance data into clear actions that drive growth. Our employer partner is committed to helping brands grow through strong digital commerce strategy, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will lead the planning, activation, and optimization of retail media campaigns across key e-commerce platforms while ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, budgets are managed accurately, and performance goals are achieved. You will play a key role in translating client objectives into full-funnel media strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to support campaign success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail media, or digital marketing
  • Experience managing online campaigns, budgets, performance, and reporting across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and performance data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • experience with media billing or finance tools is an asset

Responsibilities

  • You will manage and improve online advertising campaigns across platforms
  • You will help make sure campaigns run properly from start to finish, including reviewing creative, checking tracking, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and making updates to improve results.
  • You will take client goals and turn them into clear online marketing plans that help drive traffic, sales, and overall performance.
  • You will work with other teams to improve product listings, promotions, pricing, inventory visibility, and overall online shopping performance.
  • You will also prepare reports, share campaign results and recommendations, communicate with clients, present updates, and work closely with internal teams to help campaigns succeed.
