The E-Commerce Assistant Manager supports daily operations of the e-commerce department by ensuring production, quality, and shipping standards are consistently met. This role supervises team members, drives daily execution, and maintains operational consistency while working alongside staff to meet departmental goals. Operating in a dual role, the Assistant Manager provides leadership through supervision, coaching, and accountability, while also performing production functions to support workflow and team performance. This position has authority to assign work, provide coaching, and recommend disciplinary action in accordance with agency policy.
