About The Position

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for end-to-end order processing through the eCommerce fulfillment system and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner. The role includes picking products, assigning items to orders, preparing cartons, packing orders, printing shipping and invoice labels, and completing end-of-day shipping processing. The position is frequently supervised by the E-Commerce Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• One year of experience in an Order Processing or Packing Department.
• Safety skills.
• Time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn to use a computerized scanning device.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Pick products from packing stations to eCommerce stations.
• Assign products to orders through the eCommerce fulfillment system.
• Manage exceptions and promptly report them to the lead.
• Print shipping and invoice labels.
• Erect cartons according to order quantity and size.
• Pack products using proper dunnage and labels.
• Perform end-of-day processing for shipping carriers, including USPS and international shipments.
• Maintain pick/pack standards and comply with company and department policies and SOPs.
