About The Position

Order Processors support the timely and accurate coordination of residential interior finishes projects, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related products. The role manages project documentation, order processing, and communication from start to finish, working closely with internal teams, customers, and vendor partners to meet project needs while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, teamwork, a willingness to learn, and respect for colleagues are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
General understanding of basic computer operations.
Ability to understand and apply basic math skills.
Infallible attendance and impeccable work ethic.

Background in construction and flooring installation.

Responsibilities

Handle and manage data, documents, and transactions in operating systems.
Verify job scope and documentation from sales teams for accuracy, including materials, labor, contracts, purchase orders, and billing totals.
Use customers’ computer scheduling programs and keep Installation Coordinators apprised of changes.
Generate clear and concise diagrams to communicate full project scope to production teams.
Prepare for and resolve unexpected circumstances, such as product delays or failures, subfloor issues, added scope, and change orders.
Communicate technical information, progress, and expectations to builders, customers, production teams, and sales teams throughout the process.
Participate in continuing training sessions to enhance installation-related technical skills and knowledge of new processing systems and tools.
