About The Position

The E-Commerce Associate supports quality assurance, accurate and current product information, product visibility, data analysis, and the maintenance of existing websites and marketplace accounts. The role also researches opportunities to grow and expand across platforms. The associate works between ERP Architects and Marketing on pricing updates and automation, maintains product and pricing information in the ERP system, and works with a supervisor on marketplace account updates, order entry, and tracking uploads.

Requirements

Experience with e-commerce channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge and understanding of pricing research.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and pricing systems.
Internet research skills.
Strong collaboration skills and comfort engaging multiple team members to achieve success.
Knowledge of eBay and/or other marketplace platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Liaise between ERP Architects and Marketing to update and automate the pricing process.
Update product information in the ERP system.
Update and edit pricing in the ERP system.
Update and create part numbers.
Work with a supervisor to update products, pricing, and other pertinent information on marketplace accounts, including order entry and tracking uploads.
Help maintain existing websites and marketplace accounts, analyze data, optimize product visibility, and research opportunities for growth and expansion across platforms.
