About The Position
The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for quality assurance, maintaining accurate and up to date information, optimizing product visibility, analyzing data, helping to maintain existing websites and marketplace accounts as well as researching new opportunities for growth and expansion to all platforms.
Requirements
- Experience with e-commerce channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of pricing research
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and pricing systems.
- Internet research skills
- Strong collaborator and comfortable engaging multiple team members to achieve success.
- Knowledge of eBay and/or other marketplace platforms
Responsibilities
- Liaise between ERP Architects and Marketing to update and automate the pricing process
- Update product information in ERP system
- Update and edit pricing in ERP system
- Update and create part numbers
- Work with supervisor to update products, pricing and other pertinent information on marketplace account(s) including order entry and tracking uploads.
