About The Position

The E-Commerce Associate selects high-value merchandise from the Adult Rehabilitation Center for online sale and supplies physical stores with collectible merchandise. The role involves testing items for functionality or authenticity, researching and listing products, assisting with product photography, managing shipments, and providing timely customer support. The associate follows up on orders, meets posting quotas and sales targets, and works with the District Sales Manager, E-Commerce Specialist Associate, and team members in the daily operation of the e-commerce business. Full-time associates may be scheduled for any full-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to management's scheduling needs.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Demonstrated competency in the relevant skill area through verifiable training and/or experience.
Ability to read and write and understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to help ensure adequate store coverage.

Responsibilities

Select high-value merchandise at the ARC Center for sale on the e-commerce platform and supply physical stores with collectible merchandise.
Test items, including electronics and jewelry, to confirm functionality or authenticity before posting.
Use third-party research software such as Terapeak and listing and shipping software such as Sure Done and ShipStation.
Use listing and shipment software at a fast pace.
Assist with photographing items for display on the auction website.
Handle customer support by phone and email in a timely manner.
Follow up with customers on all orders in real time.
Meet daily posting quotas and weekly and monthly sales targets set by the supervisor.
Partner with the District Sales Manager, E-Commerce Specialist Associate, and team members in the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce business.
