About The Position

The E-Commerce Associate supports third-party logistics for e-commerce operations, including product preparation, packaging, photography, documentation, and staging products for shipment. The role maintains a clean, organized workspace and supports efficient fulfillment workflows. It also involves following departmental procedures and organizational values, assisting with IT and e-commerce projects, and completing other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic photography equipment and lighting setup.
• Competence using computers, cloud storage systems, and digital inventory platforms.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured routines.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion and physical activity and to stand and move for long periods.
• Ability to use photographic equipment and packing tools.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary coursework in digital media, logistics, or IT.
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, pack, and securely seal product boxes for shipment, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Photograph each product clearly from 3–4 angles and photograph its label.
• Help check and verify inventory levels before shipment and communicate product or order discrepancies to IT and logistics teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area; keep photographic and packing equipment functional and properly stored.
• Accurately log photographic and packaging records in the e-commerce system.
• Follow internal procedures for labeling, packing slips, and shipment tracking.
• Follow departmental policies and standard operating procedures and act in alignment with The Career Academy of the Palm Beaches’ values.
• Support other IT and e-commerce-related projects and perform additional assigned tasks.
